The culinary line-up offers two distinct gastronomic experiences. On one hand, there's Etereo, the all-day restaurant over the rooftops of Milan, is a venue suspended between sky and city, serving a feast for the eyes as well as Italian cuisine that looks to the future without losing its roots. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Antonio Gentile, the gastronomic pleasures are to be experienced on 360-degree panoramic terraces featuring an outdoor pool. It's a project that translates into a complete experience, where haute cuisine, design, and a 360-degree view of the city merge into a contemporary narrative of Milanese culture.

The Living lounge on the other hand is both home to a lounge bar curated by Nusr-Et, and the new Nusr-Et Steakhouse. Its carefully redesigned spaces provide the perfect backdrop for the brand’s iconic dishes — including the Nusr-Et Special (a butter-seasoned steak), Lokum tenderloin, Saltbae Tomahawk, and Golden Baklava served with Maraş ice cream — accompanied by a curated selection of wines ranging from Italian producers to international labels. The cocktail list, completing the experience, is inspired by neoclassical mixology.
