Is Bvlgari Roma your forever home?
Talk about timelessness and you find yourself talking about Bvlgari. And probably Rome, the Eternal City itself. And in the end, most likely, about the Bvlgari Hotel Roma, too.
Eternity, Experienced
Location: Bvlgari Hotel Roma
»Omnes viae Romam ducunt«—all roads lead to Rome. Wise words as old as time itself. Yet, while the Eternal City has yielded countless timeless classics and legendary artistry, its latest masterpiece feels both radically modern and deeply rooted in antiquity: the Bvlgari Hotel Roma.
Set in the iconic Piazza Augusto Imperatore within the historic Campo Marzio district, the property isn't merely located in Rome; it is physically and spiritually intertwined with the city’s imperial origins. Standing directly opposite the Mausoleum of Augustus and the Ara Pacis, the hotel occupies a monumental 1930s Rationalist landmark designed by Vittorio Ballio Morpurgo—originally built as the headquarters for the INPS.
Inside, ACPV ARCHITECTS (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel) have orchestrated a masterclass in Italian craftsmanship that echoes the splendor of the Augustan era. Imperial-grade marbles sourced from across the globe, bespoke hand-crafted mosaics inspired by vintage Bvlgari brooches, Venetian crown glass, and warm Italian walnut panelling create an atmosphere of quiet, unshakeable permanence.
Rome wasn't built in a day.
This sensory immersion continues through the hotel’s culinary and wellness sanctuaries. Three-Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito reimagines contemporary Italian dining across five distinct venues—from informal Roman classics at Il Caffè to refined gastronomy at Il Ristorante overlooking the ancient monuments. Below, the 1,500-square-meter Bvlgari Spa pays homage to the ancient Roman baths, centered around a 20-meter pool lined with Bisazza mosaics inspired by the Baths of Caracalla and anchored by massive marble columns.
From the moment you enter the vestibule—welcomed by an original Pentelic marble sculpture of a seated Emperor Augustus from the famed Torlonia Collection—to taking in the panoramic skyline from La Terrazza, the sensation is absolute. This isn't just a hotel stay; it’s a living tribute to the Roman art of living.
