Kiss, Marry, Kill: Lamborghini V12‘s
Featured Cars: Lamborghini Murciélago Aventador and Revuelto
Murciélago. Aventador. Revuelto. Three generations of Lamborghini V12 power. One gets a kiss, one gets married, and one gets killed. We debate and hash it out … until it hurts. But which one is it for you respectively? Our personal pick will probably make you furious, but tell us yours in the comments.
In the first episode of our new format, three icons go head-to-head.
First: The Lamborghini Murciélago, the first Lambo born under Audi ownership. Naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V12 (later 6.5-liter), raw, unrefined, and at times unpredictable—but a legend in its own right.
Number two: The Lamborghini Aventador, the ultimate poster car of an entire generation. Equipped with a 6.5-liter V12 and the brutal ISR gearbox, it’s a fighter jet for the street. And yes, we integrated plenty of SV and SVJ sound clips for good measure.
Last, but definitely not least: The Lamborghini Revuelto, the most powerful Lamborghini ever built. Its 6.5-liter V12 combined with three electric motors pushes out 1,015 hp … and delivers an unbelievable soundtrack to match.
